Vape A Near is subjective and we do our best accurately describe the flavors we offer. However if you are not satisfied with the quality of our e-liquids, please reach out to us via contact us.  Refunds are done on a case-by-case basis depending on the issue. 

1) Send us an via contact us/ Once we receive this information, we will provide you with an address to ship the item to.

2) We ask that you package the item securely to prevent breakage and include a copy of your receipt. (Please note that poorly packaged or damaged items may result in refusal of exchange or refund.)

3) Ship the item at your expense and your choice of carrier to the address with which you were provided when you notified us of the issue.

4) Once we receive the returned here at Vape A Near, we will promptly mail out a replacement item or issue gift card for the purchase price depending on the issue that is being handled.
